  • Boiling water, as per jello package instructions
  • Cold water, as per jello package instructions
  • Sugar-free or keto whipped topping
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish
  • Fresh blueberries, for garnish
  • Clear disposable cups

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare the sugar-free red jello according to the package instructions using boiling water and cold water. Stir until the jello powder is completely dissolved.

  • Step 2: Repeat step 1 with the sugar-free blue jello.

  • Step 3: Place both jello mixtures in the refrigerator and allow them to chill for about 2 hours or until they are set and firm.

  • Assembly:

  • Step 4: Take a clear disposable cup and add a layer of red jello to the bottom, filling it about 1/3 of the way.

  • Step 5: Next, add a layer of thawed whipped topping on top of the red jello, filling it another 1/3 of the way.

  • Step 6: Now, add a layer of blue jello on top of the whipped topping, filling the cup almost to the top.

  • Step 7: Optionally, top the blue jello layer with a dollop of whipped topping.

  • Step 8: Garnish each cup with a fresh strawberry and a few fresh blueberries.

  • Step 9: Repeat steps 1-5 with the remaining clear disposable cups until all desired servings are assembled.

  • Step 10: Place the jello cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to chill before serving.
