Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 7 ounces dry white rice
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Topping
  • 1/8 cup frozen corn
  • 1/8 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 ounce smoked sausage, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • Garnish
  • 2 green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: In rice cooker mix the soy sauces, oil, oyster sauce and rice all together and level out.

  • Step 2: On top place the frozen veggies on sides and meat in a pile on sides too.

  • Step 3: They had a small peeled whole potato in center but I'm not.

  • Step 4: Pour the water in gently.

  • Step 5: Turn on and cook for 30 minutes (until it's done) and toss with the green onions.
