  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
  • 9 ounce unbaked pie shell, (1-9 inch)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream together butter and sugar.

  • Step 2: Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.

  • Step 3: Add corn syrup, flour, rum and vanilla extract, pineapple and nuts.

  • Step 4: Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm.

  • Step 5: Allow to cool before serving.
