Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 7 ounces dry white short grain rice, (1 cup)
  • 1 ounce fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put everything in rice cooker.

  • Step 2: Cook until done. Use a little less water fill 2nd cup with the soy sauce, mirin and sake, then fill rest of cup with the water so you don't have to much liquid.
