Step 1: Lightly season chicken; spray Pam in pan.
Step 2: Grill the chicken breast until done.
Step 3: Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients (or just use the Kikkoman wasabi sauce) and smear on the 2 slices of rye bread.
Step 4: Place lettuce leaf and tomato slices on one side.
Step 5: Flip the chicken, and when almost done, place cheese slice on top and let melt.
Step 6: Put on top of the tomatoes.
Step 7: Put lid on and cut in half.
