Step 1: Heat oil, and add onions.
Step 2: Cook until transparent.
Step 3: Add garlic, turmeric, lentils and stir.
Step 4: Add oatmeal and stir.
Step 5: Add broth and season to taste.
Step 6: Simmer 40 minutes, stirring so doesn't stick to bottom.
Step 7: At very end stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Step 8: Check seasoning.
Step 9: Serve lemon wedges on the side.
