  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 14 ounces tomatoes, diced (1 can)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in stock pot.

  • Step 2: Add onion and garlic.

  • Step 3: Add pasta and spices.
