The ingredients are:
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 slices thick cut bacon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Step 2: Cut the stem off of a head of cauliflower and break the cauliflower into florets. Cut or break into smaller pieces.

  • Step 3: Spread cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet.

  • Step 4: Cut four slices of thick-cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and add them to them cauliflower on the baking sheet.

  • Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender and browned, stirring every 5 minutes so that the cauliflower is coated in bacon grease. Watch that it doesn't burn.

  • Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
