Step 1: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
Step 2: While the oven is heating up, prepare the strawberries. Wash, hull, and cut the berries into quarters (small berries can be cut in half). Set the berries aside.
Step 3: On the stovetop, place the cast iron skillet. Melt the butter on low heat.
Step 4: While the butter is melting, prepare the cobbler batter. Mix together milk, sugar, and flour until smooth.
Step 5: When the butter has melted, turn off the heat. Pour the batter over the butter - DO NOT STIR!
Step 6: Add the cut strawberries around the pan, again, do not stir.
Step 7: Bake for 45 minutes, and enjoy!
