  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

  • Step 2: Shape into two meat loaves.

  • Step 3: Put crosswise in Pam sprayed 9 x 13 cake pan.

  • Step 5: Bake in a 350 degree oven until loaves are brown 45 minutes to 1 hour.
