Step 1: Heat oil.
Step 2: Add onions, leeks, (not the hard green part) and green onions (tops and bottoms).
Step 3: Saute until translucent.
Step 4: Add garlic and seasoning lightly.
Step 5: Add peas and broth.
Step 6: Simmer 30 minutes.
Step 7: Add mint and chives.
Step 8: Simmer 5 minutes
Step 9: Season to taste
Step 10: Use immersion blender to smooth out.
Step 11: Season to taste.
