  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbes de provence
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Gnocchi
  • 16 ounces uncooked gnocchi
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Topping
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dice the vegetables small.

  • Step 2: Heat oil and sauté in a large pot.

  • Step 3: Add a little salt so that the onion releases all its juice.

  • Step 4: When it is well sautéed, add the ground beef and brown.

  • Step 5: Season meat to taste.

  • Step 6: Add tomato, water and broth.

  • Step 7: Simmer 30 minutes

  • Step 9: When done drain, and add to sauce.

  • Step 10: Cook until tight.

  • Step 11: Seasoning to taste and top with cheese.
