How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, mango chunks, papaya chunks, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and halved grapes. Gently toss to mix the fruits together.

  • Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined. Adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired.

  • Step 3: Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all the fruits are coated in the dressing.

  • Step 4: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dressing to lightly coat the fruits.

  • Step 5: Before serving, give the fruit salad a gentle stir. If desired, sprinkle the toasted shredded coconut over the top as a garnish.
