Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2: Place chicken breasts in a zip lock bag and pound them out to equal thickness.
Step 3: Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 4: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and microwave 1 minute to soften the orange marmalade. Then mix well with a wire whisk.
Step 6: Pour over chicken and cover pan with foil.
Step 7: Place in preheated 325°F oven for 90 minutes
Step 8: After 45 minutes, remove foil. Baste chicken with sauce every 15 minutes.
Step 9: Plate chicken and pour a little sauce over it. Put remaining sauce in a serving cup and put on table for extra.
