Step 1: In a bowl or glass, layer 1/4 cup of granola at the bottom.
Step 2: Add a layer of yogurt on top of the granola, approximately 1/4 cup.
Step 3: Sprinkle a tablespoon of mixed nuts and a tablespoon of dried fruits over the yogurt layer.
Step 4: Repeat the layers with another 1/4 cup of granola, 1/4 cup of yogurt, and another tablespoon each of mixed nuts and dried fruits.
Step 5: Add the final layer of granola on top, along with a dollop of yogurt.
Step 6: If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips over the top layer.
Step 7: Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the parfait for added sweetness, if desired.
Step 8: Repeat the process to create additional parfaits, if desired.
Step 9: Serve immediately.
