  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 8 ounces bacon, (8 slices)
  • 4 ounces pork breakfast ​​sausages
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk eggs until beaten.

  • Step 2: Whisk cornstarch into milk until combined.

  • Step 3: Add to eggs beat well.

  • Step 4: Add salt and a little freshly ground pepper to taste and add a little grated nutmeg.

  • Step 5: Fry the bacon slices over medium heat in oven proof skillet.
