  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Simmer the potatoes and cream together, covered on very low heat, watch that it doesn't boil over because it will try!

  • Step 2: Stirring it often so doesn't burn.

  • Step 3: Mash slightly when done so thickens up.

  • Step 4: Season to taste and add dill, lots and lots of dill.

  • Step 5: Mix.
