Step 1: Heat the oil in skillet,
Step 2: Add onion and cook for eight minutes, until the onion is really soft and silky .
Step 3: Add garlic, 2 green onions, rosemary, salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes, and fry gently on a low heat.
Step 4: Add the beans and tomatoes.
Step 5: Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Bowl up and add feta and green onion on top.
Step 7: Season to taste.
Step 8: Serve with sourdough bread toasted and buttered.
