Step 5: Steam until it reaches your preferred consistency, at least 5 minutes with a sprinkle of salt, dry it in a salad spinner.
Step 6: Whisk together the salt, peanut butter, lemon juice, honey, oil and water.
Step 7: Pour dressing over broccoli and apples, top with caramelized onions and nuts.
