  • 1 (18 ounce) bag Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip frozen topping, thawed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Crush the bag of oreo's in a food processor or blender

  • Step 2: Blend the crumbs with melted butter.

  • Step 3: Reserve 1/4 cup of crumbs for topping.

  • Step 4: Press the remainder in the bottom of a 9x13 inch cake pan.

  • Step 5: Beat the pistachio puddings with the 3 cups of milk.

  • Step 6: Fold in 3/4 of the coolwhip.

  • Step 7: Top with remaining coolwhip and garnish with remainder of the oreo crumbs.

  • Step 8: Keep Refrigerated.
