How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.

  • Step 3: Add the sliced carrots to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
