Step 1: Blend tomatoes until pureed.
Step 2: Add olive oil in stock pot and turn heat to medium-high.
Step 3: Add the onions and jalapenos and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add tomato paste.
Step 5: Add the strained tomato mixture, bouillon, and add salt and pepper and spices to taste.
Step 6: Cook for 10 minutes covered.
Step 7: Add the chopped parsley, dill, and cilantro.
Step 8: Add the rice.
Step 9: Turn the heat to low.
Step 10: Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 11: Add stock.
Step 12: Cover simmer for 20 minutes
Step 13: Take off heat and leave covered 5 minutes.
