Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup avocado, mashed (about 1 avocado)
  • 1/2 cup corn, off the cob, roasted
  • 2 teaspoon Cotija cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon roasted poblano pepper, diced
  • 2 - 2 1/2 teaspoon Tajin Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Crema or sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, fold mashed avocado, roasted corn, cotija cheese, poblano pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Tajin Seasoning until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  • Step 2: To Serve immediately – Put Guac into a serving vessel and garnish with .5 teaspoon of Tajin Seasoning and a drizzle of 1 Tablespoon of crema.

  • Step 3: To Hold and Serve Later- Transfer to holding container and press plastic wrap to the surface of the guacamole. Keep in the refrigerator until ready for use.
