  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped, roasted
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
