Step 1: In rice cooker layer the bell peppers and onions.
Step 2: Put bacon on top then little smokies.
Step 3: Top with the beans and wash out the can with the 1/2 cup water.
Step 4: Simmer on low covered for 20 minutes. The bacon and veggies will cook and nothing really burns in my cooker.
Step 5: Cook until hot and bubbling.
