  • 4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 3/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
  • 1 celery rib, finely diced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (do not use fat-free)
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine cooked chicken with almonds, pepper.

  • Step 2: In another bowl combine the mayonnaise with sour cream and lemon juice. Add dressing to chicken mixture and toss gently then season with salt and pepper.
