  • 4 ounces pimentos, undrained (1 jar)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Topping:
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil pasta in heavily salted boiling water al dente.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Pam spray 9x13 casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Add noodles, dill seed, dried dill weed, green onion and pimento.

  • Step 5: Mix.

  • Step 6: Add sour cream and cottage cheese.

  • Step 7: Season to taste.

  • Step 8: Sprinkle on paprika.

  • Step 9: Bake 350 for about 50 minutes until bubbly.

  • Step 10: Last 5 minutes add topping.

  • Step 11: Bake until warm.
