Step 1: Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper
Step 2: Add 2 cups pecans and oats to processor and pulse until they are pulverized
Step 3: Add dates, peanut butter and maple syrup and whiz until it starts to form a dough
Step 4: Press mixture firmly into lined pan, place in freezer
Step 5: As it freezes put a small saucepan over medium low heat and add chocolate chips and coconut oil
Step 6: Stir until melted and smooth
Step 7: Pour the melted chocolate over the base and smooth with a knife. Place back in freezer until set about 30 minutesslice into bars
