  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chives, minced
  • Dressing:
  • 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt ,to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
