Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet; add garlic and cook, over medium-high heat, until it just starts to turn golden.
Step 2: Add the vodka and cook until it is reduced to half.
Step 3: Add the canned crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil and sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Step 5: Add the cream and cook until the mixture just starts to bubble.
Step 6: Stir into your favorite cooked pasta.
