Step 4: Mash with potato masher until a paste.
Step 5: Thin with a little water, if needed.
Step 6: Crumble chorizo into the mix and mix evenly.
Step 7: Heat oil in large frying pan.
Step 8: Add chorizo mix, continuously stirring until mixture is thoroughly cooked and begins to bubble.
Step 9: Taste to correct seasoning.
