Step 1: Heat olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan and cook the onions until they turn translucent.
Step 2: Add tomato paste and cook, don't burn.
Step 3: Add water rinsing the can with the water.
Step 4: Then add canned tomatoes, smooshing them up a bit before you let them cook down for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Add minced parsley and basil at very end.
