Step 1: Combine olives.garlic, lemon juice and crushed pepper in a bowl. let stand 14 minutes
Step 2: Over medium high heat melt butter, add the olive mixture saute for 2-3 minutes
Step 3: Pour in the wine and at a rapid simmer cook until reduced by half
Step 4: Season shrimp with salt. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Stir in parsley and remove from heat
Step 5: Serve with pasta or crusty bread
