Step 1: Mix together the tomato, jalapeno, onion, garlic and cilantro in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 2: Put a spoonful of the vegetable mixture on top of 4 of the ground beef patties; cover each of those patties with a second patty, sealing the edges.
Step 3: Sprinkle the taco seasoning on each side of the patties (use as much or as little as desired), then grill or fry until cooked through.
Step 4: Place cooked patty on a bun bottom and top with lettuce, cheese, taco sauce & bun top.
