Step 1: In large covered sauce pan heat olive oil on medium high heat.
Step 2: Stir in rice and cook until slightly browned 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 3: In the meantime, dissolve bouillon cube in water, heating in the microwave speeds up the process.
Step 4: Add the warm stock to rice and cook with cover on until rice has absorbed about 1/2 of the water 10 minutes.
Step 5: Add all the remaining ingredients and stir into rice.
Step 6: Continue cooking with cover on until rice is done and water absorbed, 10 minutes.
Step 7: Let rest covered 10 minutes off heat.
