Step 1: Get spices and broth measured out.
Step 2: Add the margarine and olive oil in a stock pot over medium heat.
Step 3: Add the uncooked orzo and keep stirring until the color is golden brown, don't burn.
Step 4: Add spices, broth and water.
Step 5: Once it boils, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the orzo is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Step 6: Add lemon juice at end to taste
