Step 1: Heat oil in stock pot.
Step 2: Add beef and onions.
Step 3: Season to taste.
Step 4: Saute until onions are translucent.
Step 5: Add the corn and tomato paste.
Step 6: Saute briefly.
Step 7: Add chili powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Step 8: Add the garlic, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and beef broth.
Step 9: Stir to combine and bring mixture to a boil.
Step 10: Simmer until the chili reduces by half
Step 11: For 30 minutes.
Step 12: Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 13: Add cilantro unless you are my son Jim then use parsley.
Step 14: Mix.
