Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/4 pounds center-cut boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick ( 4 chops about 5 oz each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup seasoned panko
  • Olive oil spray
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Trim fat from chops. Season each chop on both sides with kosher salt.

  • Step 2: Combine mustard and honey. Cover each chop, both sides, with the honey mustard. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is even better and tastier.

  • Step 3: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place the panko in a large shallow bowl.

  • Step 4: Remove a chop from the marinade, but DON'T scrape the marinade off. Press into the panko to heavily coat both sides. Place the breaded chop onto the prepared air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining chops.

  • Step 5: Note: You'll have leftover marinade (about 2 tbsp) and panko (about 1/4 cup). You'll need this much panko so that there's plenty to press into and so you get an even coating on both sides. Discard leftover marinade and panko.

  • Step 6: Spritz the top of the chops with olive oil. Air fry at 400 F for 10-12 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Spritz the second side with oil after turning.

  • To Oven Bake instead:

  • Step 7: Preheat oven to 425 F. Place chops on a rack. Spritz with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Spritz the second side with oil after turning.
