Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, largely diced,(4)
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt,
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 ounces)cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces)cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Topping
  • 2/3 cups breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded,(1/2 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 375°F

  • Step 2: Heat a medium sized pan on medium high heat, then drizzle pan with olive oil.

  • Step 3: Add chicken pieces and season with salts and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4: Sauté chicken until pieces are just cooked through and browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: Add broccoli and just heat; set aside.

  • Step 6: In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese; set aside.

  • Step 7: Empty cans of soup into 9x13 casserole and mix.

  • Step 8: Tip chicken and broccoli and mushrooms into dish and toss to coat with soup.

  • Step 9: Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and cheddar mix, then with breadcrumb and parmesan mix.

  • Step 10: Bake for 30 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden and dish is bubbling around the edges.
