  • 8-oz package of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage, carrots and red cabbage are okay)
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons avocado oil (or your favorite oil)
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice (juice of a large orange)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice (juice of a lemon)
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (can use sugar substitute or honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add the packaged coleslaw mix to a bowl and top with green onion.
