Step 1: In a very large bowl combine the first 7 ingredients with 1/2 cup of the flour.
Step 2: In another bowl mix the remaining flour with the next four ingredients; then mix in the graham cracker crumbs.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar till creamy; gradually add the egg yolks and beat till thick and fluffy.
Step 4: Add the graham crumb mixture and blend well; stir into fruit mixture with orange juice.
Step 5: In a separate bowl beat the egg whites till stiff but not dry; fold into the cake mixture.
Step 6: Turn into well-greased 10" tube pan and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours.
Step 7: Cool in pan for 30 minutes and take out and put on rack to finish cooling.
