  • 1 cup onions , chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms , quartered
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups irish stout beer
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 carrots , peeled ,chunked
  • 1 pound red potatoes , quartered
  • 6 radishes
  • 1/4 cup parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil season to taste the pork

  • Step 2: Brown in oil

  • Step 3: Add onions and celery

  • Step 4: Add carrots and mushrooms

  • Step 6: Add stock and worcestershire sauce

  • Step 7: Add caraway seeds

  • Step 8: Add potatoes and radishes

  • Step 9: Add bay leaf

  • Step 10: Simmer 45 minutes

  • Step 11: Until meat is tender

  • Step 12: Adding water as needed

  • Step 13: Remove bay leaf season to taste
