Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: In a deep baking dish, add all of the ingredients except the frozen meatballs; stir well.
Step 3: Place the frozen meatballs over the rice mixture evenly (I do three rows of four meatballs).
Step 4: Tightly cover the baking dish with foil and bake until rice is tender and the meatballs are cooked through (about one hour).
Step 5: When serving, sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
