How to Make

  • Step 1: Set the oven to 375 degrees; fill ramekins 1/2" deep with raw cookie dough; place on a cookie sheet and put on the middle rack of your oven.

  • Step 2: Bake for 12-18 minutes or till top starts to turn golden brown---you want them slighly underdone, yet not too doughy.

  • Step 3: Remove from oven and place each ramekin on a pretty napkin so that you can hold the hot dish while you eat.

  • Step 4: Top with a scoop of ice cream; drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and enjoy.
