Step 8: Add the garlic, and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 9: Add the stock to the pan, and mix everything well, ensuring there are no lumps.
Step 10: Add the boiled and drained beans, marjoram, and thyme.
Step 11: Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 12: Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 40 minutes, until the beans are soft.
Step 13: Adding water as needed stirring occasionally
Step 14: Remove the pan from the heat, and stir in the sour cream mixed with a tablespoon of flour a little at a time simmer don't boil until warmed
