The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage, cut in coins
  • 2 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 carrots , peeled,diced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces )cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 can(15 ounces)pinto beans, drained
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1 teaspoon vegeta
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: In stockpot

  • Step 2: Heat bacon and sausage

  • Step 3: Add onions

  • Step 4: Add carrots

  • Step 5: Cook until onions translucent

  • Step 6: Add garlic ,( it had 4 cloves I use less you do you)

  • Step 7: Add tomato paste and paprikas

  • Step 8: Don't burn

  • Step 9: Keep stirring

  • Step 10: Add water and the beans

  • Step 11: Add vegeta or a seasoned salt

  • Step 12: Simmer on low 30 minutes adding water if needed stirring occasionally

  • Step 13: Season to taste

  • Step 14: Stir in parsley at the end
