Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces rye bread,(2 slices)
  • 4 ounces deli corned beef,shaved
  • 2 ounces swiss cheese,(2 slices)
  • 2 ounces red cabbage sauerkraut
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon german mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter bread

  • Step 2: Heat grill

  • Step 3: And add a little butter and onions cook until lightly caramelized

  • Step 4: Add sauerkraut

  • Step 5: Mix together

  • Step 6: Put corned beef to heat not brown

  • Step 7: Grill bread

  • Step 8: Add slice of cheese to either side

  • Step 9: Add warmed corned beef to one side

  • Step 10: Do a slather of mustard or thousand island dressing your choice on other side

  • Step 11: Add sauerkraut mix on top of mustard side

  • Step 12: Combine and cut in half
