Step 1: Add all sauce ingredients to liquid measuring cup and whisk to combine.
Step 2: To make chicken, combine cornstarch and seasoning in glass container with lid. Add chicken, seal lid and shake gently to coat chicken. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Working in batches, add chicken in single layer and sear 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 3: Add chicken to slow cooker; stir in sauce. Cook on low 1 hour and 30 minutes (safe internal temp. 165°F). Serve with rice, broccoli and desired toppings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
