  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup firm butter--cut in pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Filling:
  • 1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 3 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: STREUSEL TOPPING: In a large bowl mix the oats, 1/2 cup flour, and brown sugar; cut in butter till crumbly and stir in pecans.

  • Step 2: FILLING: In a large bowl, stir all the filling ingredients together till mixed.

  • Step 3: Pour into an 8" square pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray; top with streusel topping.

  • Step 4: Bake 30-40 minutes in a 350 oven till bubbly and topping is golden.

  • Step 5: Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
