Step 1: Heat oil in stockpot
Step 2: Add onion
Step 3: Add garlic and cook until onion softens, approximately 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add celery, carrot, cook until softened
Step 5: Add lemon pepper, and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Step 6: Reduced heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Add noodles and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 8: Season to taste with the salt and black pepper as needed.
Step 9: Add to soup
Step 10: Parsley and lemon zest.
